Pay as you go international calls, no subscription
Pay as you go means you load credit once and spend it a minute at a time: no subscription, no monthly fee, no connection fee and no contract. QuikRing shows the price per minute before every call, bills started minutes only, and keeps unused credit on your account.
First minute free to select destinations, with a verified email.
How it works
- 01Create a free account with your email address. That's all you need to sign up: we send you a sign-in code.
- 02Check any price first: type a number in the dialer, or open the rates page, to see the price per minute for mobile and landline before you spend anything.
- 03If your first call goes to a destination in the free-call offer, it is free for up to one minute. For any other destination, add credit first.
- 04Add credit when you want to call more. Pick an amount on the Credits page and pay on Stripe's secure checkout. The credit reaches your balance as soon as the payment is confirmed.
- 05Call from your browser. The dialer shows the price, then the time your balance covers, and you pay for started minutes only.
- 06Top up whenever you need to. Credit stays on your account with no expiry date, and auto top-up is off unless you turn it on.
Practical tips
Per started minute
A call of up to 60 seconds costs one minute, 61 to 120 seconds costs two, and so on. There is no connection fee, so a 20-second call costs one minute at the rate shown, and a call that does not connect costs nothing.
The price comes first
The rate depends on the country and on whether the number is a mobile or a landline. The dialer shows it before you press Call, and a few numbers with their own, higher price ask you to confirm it first. Prices and your balance are in US dollars, and Stripe can show the amount in your local currency at checkout.
Your balance is the limit
Before a call connects, QuikRing works out how many whole minutes your balance covers and ends the call when they are used up, so you never pay more than you have. If you top up during the call, the extra time is added.
Extras are optional and shown
Renting a US or Canada number is billed every 30 days from your balance, and call recording adds a small per-minute charge shown next to the setting. Neither applies unless you turn it on.
Estimate a month of calls from the rates page
Open the rates page, find the country you call most and note the price per minute for landline or mobile. Multiply it by the minutes you expect to speak in a month, counting each call up to the next whole minute. The last example below does that for four calls a month. Add a few minutes for the odd long call, and top up that amount.
What happens to the credit you don't use
It stays on your account with no expiry date and no fee for keeping it there, ready for your next call. You can spend it over a week or over a year, and your balance is always in your dashboard.
What it costs
10 minutes to a landline in United States: 10 × $0.02 per minute = $0.20. You see the rate before you press Call.
A call of 61 seconds to a mobile in India is billed as 2 started minutes: 2 × $0.08 = $0.16.
A 20-second call to a landline in Mexico costs one minute, $0.02, with no connection fee on top.
Four calls a month of up to 15 minutes each to a mobile in India come to 60 minutes: 60 × $0.08 = $4.80 a month.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a subscription or a monthly fee?
No. QuikRing is pay as you go: you add credit and spend it per started minute. There is no subscription, no monthly fee, no connection fee and no contract, and auto top-up stays off unless you switch it on.
What does pay as you go mean for international calls?
You load credit and spend it a minute at a time, when you call. Nothing renews, there is no plan to cancel and there is no fee for the months you don't call.
Does my credit expire?
No. Unused credit does not expire, however long it sits in your account. The one condition in the terms is that an account left dormant for a long time may be closed, and we email you first and give you the chance to use the balance.
What happens when my credit runs out?
The dialer warns you in the last minute, and the call ends on its own when the minutes your balance covers are used up. Add credit and call again. Your account and your call history stay as they were.
Can I get my money back if I don't use it?
If a call did not work, write to support and we refund the affected purchase where the service did not work as it should. The refund policy has the full rules, including those for unused top-ups.
Are there extra fees on top of the price per minute?
No. The price per minute is the price, with no connection fee. It differs by destination and between mobile and landline, and a few numbers have their own price shown before you confirm. Most premium-rate numbers can't be called.
Which payment methods can I use?
You pay on Stripe's checkout page. It accepts major cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and depending on your country and device it can also offer Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link.
How many minutes will my credit buy?
Divide your balance by the price per minute of the number you call. The dialer does it for you: during a call it shows roughly how much time your balance still covers.
