How am I billed for a number?+
The monthly fee is billed automatically from your prepaid balance — there's no separate subscription or invoice.
Do incoming calls cost extra?+
Yes. Incoming calls are billed per minute from your prepaid balance at the rate shown for each country, and where the caller is calling from doesn't change it. If you forward calls to your phone, the forwarded call is also billed at the normal calling rate to that phone.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes — cancel a number anytime from your dashboard. There's no contract or minimum term.
What happens if my balance runs out?+
If your balance can't cover the monthly fee, the number stops working until you top up again.
