- How do I make my first call?Sign up, allow your microphone and dial. No app or SIM card needed.
- Is my first call free?New accounts get their first call free for up to one minute on popular routes.
- Which browsers and devices work?A recent version of Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox, on a computer or a phone.
Calling
- How do I allow microphone access?If the dialer says microphone access was denied, change the permission for quikring.com in your browser.
- How can I improve call quality?Echo, delay and choppy audio usually come from the connection or the audio device.
- Do I pay for calls that don't connect?No. Busy, unanswered and failed calls cost nothing.
- Which number does the person I call see?A QuikRing number by default. You can show your own verified number instead.
- Can I call emergency numbers?No. QuikRing doesn't support emergency calls.
Credits and billing
- How are calls charged?Per started minute, at the rate for the number you call, with no connection fee.
- How do I buy credits?Top up from $5. Larger top-ups include bonus credit, and credit never expires.
- Which payment methods can I use?Major cards, plus the wallets Stripe offers for your country and device.
- How does auto top-up work?Refill your balance automatically when it runs low. It stays off until you turn it on.
- Can I get a refund?Contact us if a call didn't work. An unused top-up can be refunded within 14 days.
Numbers and account
- Can I get my own phone number?Rent a number in dozens of countries to receive calls or show as your caller ID.
- How do I turn on two-factor authentication?Add a code from an authenticator app to every sign-in.
- Can my team share one balance?Business accounts give your team one shared balance and role-based access.
- How do I delete my account?Delete it from Settings. Any remaining credit is forfeited.
