Before you buy
What happens if my balance runs out during a call?
The call ends on its own when the minutes your balance covers are used up, so you never pay more than you have.
Before a call connects, we work out how many whole minutes your balance covers, and the call ends on its own when that time is up.
The dialer shows roughly how much time is left and warns you in the last minute. If you top up during the call, the extra time is added.
Your account and your call history stay as they were. Add credit and call again.
