Up to 100 members, no per-seat fee
Invite up to 100 people (5 before your first top-up) by email and pay only for the minutes used. Promote a trusted teammate to admin so they can manage members and invites; only the owner renames the team or tops up the balance.
A limit for each person
Set a monthly spending limit for each teammate and choose the countries they may call, so no one can run the shared balance dry.

Is there a monthly fee?+
No. Team Calling is pay as you go: no monthly fee, no per-seat fee, no connection fee and no contract. You add a prepaid balance and pay only for the minutes your team uses, at the rate shown before each call. Busy, unanswered and failed calls cost nothing, and call recording on team calls is free. A rented company number is the one thing that can recur, and your first package includes one for 90 days.
What does a month cost for a small team?+
It depends on where you call and for how long. For example, 5 people who each use 100 minutes a month on calls to US numbers pay $10.00, with nothing added for seats. Use the calculator on this page to price your own countries.
How do we get started?+
Create the team account for free, with no card, then invite your team and set a limit for each person. Calls from the team balance start with your first top-up, from $100.
Is there a minimum or a contract?+
There is no contract and no monthly minimum. Every team top-up is at least $100, whether you pick a package or enter a custom amount, and unused balance never expires.
Do we need to install anything?+
No — QuikRing runs entirely in your browser. Nothing to download, no PBX to configure.
Are calls billed per minute?+
Per started minute: a call costs one minute up to 60 seconds, two minutes from 61 to 120 seconds, and so on, at the rate shown before you dial. There's no separate connection fee.
Is there a limit on team members?+
Up to 100 members per team, at no extra cost per seat; you only pay for the minutes used. Before your first top-up a team can hold up to 5 people, you included: add their emails now and the invitations are sent once your first package is credited.
Do you support GDPR and a Data Processing Agreement?+
