Do we need to install anything?+
No — QuikRing runs entirely in your browser. Nothing to download, no PBX to configure.
Do I need a business phone system to make international calls?+
No — outbound calling from a browser tab is enough for most small teams. A full phone system (PBX) mainly matters once you need inbound call routing, queues, or an auto-attendant.
Can I limit what each person spends?+
Yes — set a monthly spending limit for each team member from your dashboard, so no one can run the shared balance dry.
Do we get an invoice?+
Yes. Each package purchase gets an invoice through Stripe's billing portal, with VAT added automatically where it applies, and the organization owner can export the full billing history as a CSV.
Is there a minimum?+
The first package starts at $100. After that, you can also enter a custom amount.
Do we need a contract?+
No — packages are prepaid, with no contract and no monthly minimum.
Does it work on Mac, Windows and Chromebooks?+
Yes — QuikRing runs in the browser, so it works the same on Mac, Windows, Linux or a Chromebook, in any recent Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox.
Per-second or per-minute billing?+
Per started minute: a call costs one minute up to 60 seconds, two minutes from 61 to 120 seconds, and so on, at the rate shown before you dial. There's no separate connection fee.
Is browser call quality good enough for business?+
Yes — calls run over WebRTC on Twilio's carrier network, the same routing standard VoIP services use. Every call shows a quality score afterward, and a call that comes in below QuikRing's quality threshold is refunded automatically.
Any hidden fees?+
No — no connection fee, no charge for busy or failed calls, and no rounding beyond the per-started-minute billing above. Unused credit never expires.
Is WhatsApp reliable for calling candidates abroad?+
Only when both sides have the app and a data connection, and a WhatsApp call isn't logged against a business number. QuikRing dials any real mobile or landline number directly, so it reaches candidates who don't have WhatsApp too.
Is there a limit on team members?+
No — invite as many teammates as you need by email, at no extra cost. You only pay for the minutes used.
How does billing work?+
Credits are added to your organization's shared balance. When any team member makes a call, the cost is deducted from that shared balance.
Can I control who manages the organization?+
Yes. The owner can promote members to admin, letting them manage members and invites, while only the owner can rename the organization or top up the balance.
Does QuikRing handle large teams well?+
The same way it handles small ones — invite as many members as you need and promote trusted people to admin. We don't cap membership or degrade performance based on team size.
What if I need a custom arrangement?+

Do you support GDPR and a Data Processing Agreement?+

Will we have a dedicated point of contact?+
Yes. Once you reach out through our contact form, a member of our team follows up directly and stays your point of contact for account setup, billing questions, and custom arrangements.
Are you SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified?+
Not yet — we don't hold a SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification today. We do encrypt traffic in transit (TLS), hash passwords with bcrypt, and support a signed Data Processing Agreement for GDPR compliance. See our Security page for the full list, or get in touch for a vendor review.
Do you have a bug bounty program or run penetration tests?+
Not yet — we don't run a formal bug bounty program or publish third-party penetration test reports today. We do welcome responsible disclosure: email [email protected] if you find a vulnerability, and see our Security page for details.
What sub-processors do you use?+
We use Twilio to connect and route calls and SMS, Stripe to process payments securely, and Cloudflare for bot protection at signup. See the full list, with what each one does, on our Sub-processors page.
