Set limits before the first call
Give each member a monthly limit and the countries they may call, so a long call or a wrong destination can't drain the shared balance.

Do all team members need to be in the same country?
No — QuikRing works from any browser with an internet connection, so team members can call from almost any country and still draw from the same shared team balance.
Is there a per-seat fee?
No. A team of up to 100 members (5 before your first top-up) pays only for the minutes used, from one prepaid balance.
Do we get a business number?
Every Team Calling package includes one US or Canada number, free for 90 days. Buy another package and it stays free.
Do we need a contract or a monthly fee?
No. Packages are prepaid, with no contract and no monthly minimum. Each top-up has a minimum amount, shown on the Team Calling page.
Is call quality good enough over home Wi-Fi?
Calls run over WebRTC on Twilio's and Telnyx's carrier networks. A steady connection matters more than a fast one, and calls show a quality score afterward when your browser reports one.
Good to know
- Calls are billed per started minute, at the rate shown before you dial. There is no connection fee.
- Busy, unanswered and failed calls cost nothing.
- The person you call needs no app, no internet connection and no smartphone: their phone rings like any other call.
- QuikRing can't call emergency numbers such as 911, 112 or 999. Use a mobile or landline phone for those.
