Is WhatsApp reliable for calling candidates abroad?
Only when both sides have the app installed and a working data connection — it fails for candidates without a smartphone or reliable data, and it can't reach a landline number at all. Calls also aren't logged against a business number the way a browser-calling service's records are. For candidates you can't confirm are on WhatsApp, or for landline listings, a direct call to their real number is more reliable.
