How to make cold calls from your browser, within the rules

How it works
- 01Decide who you may call: leads who asked for contact, customers and business numbers you can lawfully ring in their country. Leave out any number on a do-not-call list or that has opted out.
- 02Check the calling hours that apply where the number is, and keep your calls inside local daytime hours.
- 03After your first top-up, verify your own mobile number as your caller ID, so on routes that support it the person you call sees a real number that rings back to you. If a route can't show it, the dialer tells you when the call starts. Never show a number that isn't yours.
- 04Open QuikRing in your browser and dial the lead by hand, one call at a time. Check the price per minute before you call.
- 05Say who you are and why you're calling in your first sentence. If they say no or ask to be removed, end the call politely and note it so they are never called again.
- 06Log the outcome in your own sheet or CRM straight after the call, with the list of numbers to leave alone.
Practical tips
What QuikRing does not allow
The acceptable use policy forbids robocalls, auto-dialed campaigns, unsolicited telemarketing without the consent the law requires, calls to numbers on a do-not-call list, caller ID spoofing and patterns of many very short calls.

Will my calls show a real caller ID to the person I'm calling?
Often, yes. After your first top-up you can verify your own mobile number as your caller ID for free, and on routes that support it recipients see that number instead of an unfamiliar one. If a route can't, the dialer tells you when the call starts.
Can I use QuikRing for automated or mass calling?
No. Auto-dialers, bots, robocalls and bulk unsolicited calling aren't allowed. QuikRing is for calls a person places one at a time, to people they may lawfully contact.
Do I need a monthly subscription?
No. You pay per started minute from a prepaid balance, at the rate shown before you call, with no monthly fee and no per-seat contract.
What if someone asks me not to call again?
Stop, thank them and record it so the number is never called again. Honoring the request is what the law expects in many countries.
Can several salespeople share one balance?
