How it works
- 01Create a Team Calling team as the client or agency owner: you fund the balance and set the rules.
- 02Add a prepaid balance. Every member calls from it, there is no per-seat fee, and what isn't used stays in the account.
- 03Invite the assistant by email as a member, with a monthly spending limit and the countries they may call, for example the US and the UK.
- 04Give the team a US or Canada number, rented from QuikRing or verified as your own after your first top-up, and assign it to the assistant as the caller ID. On routes that support it, the people they call see a US number; if a route can't, the dialer tells the assistant when the call starts.
- 05The assistant opens QuikRing in a browser tab, enters the number with its country code, checks the per-minute rate and taps Call.
- 06Afterward you see every call in the team's activity log and usage reports: who called, for how long, and what it cost.
Practical tips
Set the limits before the first call
Give each assistant a monthly limit and the countries they may call. A long call or a wrong destination can't drain the shared balance, and you can raise a limit when the work grows.
Call people who expect to hear from you
Have the assistant call clients, vendors and appointment desks. QuikRing places calls one at a time to people you may lawfully contact, and its acceptable use policy forbids auto-dialed and unsolicited campaigns.

Can my virtual assistant call US numbers from another country?
Yes. QuikRing runs in a browser, so an assistant anywhere with an internet connection can call a US number at the per-minute rate shown before the call. The person called needs no app, and their phone rings like any other call.
Can I cap what each assistant spends?
Yes. With Team Calling you set a monthly spending limit for each member, enforced live. An assistant who needs more can send a request, which you approve or deny.
Will the people my assistant calls see a US number?
Often, yes. After your first top-up you can assign a US or Canada number you rent from QuikRing, or your own mobile number that you verify, as the caller ID. On routes that support it, the person answering sees that number. If a route can't, the dialer tells the assistant when the call starts that a QuikRing number is shown instead.
Can the assistant receive calls on that number?
Yes, if you rent the number from QuikRing: a rented number receives calls in the browser, and you choose who it rings.
