Terms of Service

By creating an account or using QuikRing, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country if that is higher, and able to enter into a binding contract, to open an account or buy credits. QuikRing is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly sell to them. If you open an account on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind it to these terms.

QuikRing lets you make international calls from your browser, rent virtual phone numbers, and forward calls, billed on a pay-as-you-go basis from a prepaid credit balance. Individual features may be unavailable in some countries, or temporarily, where a carrier or regulator requires a registration we do not yet hold; what is available to you is what the app offers when you sign in.

QuikRing does not support emergency calls (911/112/999 or local equivalents). Do not rely on QuikRing to contact emergency services.

You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. One account per person unless we agree otherwise in writing.

• Credits are prepaid and deducted per minute as you call, or monthly for rented virtual numbers.
• Calls are billed in full-minute increments, rounded up: a call lasting 1 second to 60 seconds costs one minute, a call of 1:05 costs two minutes, and so on. Per-minute rates on our rates page are quoted on that basis.
• Digital fulfillment: Purchased credits are delivered digitally and credited to your account balance immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
• Per-minute rates and monthly number prices are shown before you buy and may change going forward; existing credit balances are not affected by rate changes.
• All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Prices are exclusive of any sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar tax that may apply where you are; where such tax applies it is calculated and added at checkout. If your bank converts the charge into another currency, the exchange rate and any foreign-transaction fee are set by your bank, not by us.
• Purchases are securely processed by Stripe. Your payment credentials are encrypted and securely handled according to PCI-DSS standards; we never store your full card details.
• Unused credits do not expire, but dormant accounts may be closed per Section 13 below.

Auto top-up is optional and off by default. It only becomes available once you have saved a card, which happens solely when you tick "save my payment details" on Stripe's checkout page — we never store a card for future charges without that.

• When you switch auto top-up on, you authorize us to charge your saved card the top-up amount you chose, automatically and without a further prompt, each time your balance falls below the threshold you set.
• There is no fixed billing date and no minimum term: charges happen only when your own usage brings the balance below your threshold, so their frequency depends entirely on how much you call.
• You can change the amount and threshold, or switch auto top-up off entirely, at any time from Dashboard > Settings. Switching it off stops all future automatic charges immediately.
• We email you a receipt after each automatic charge. If your saved card is no longer available to us, we switch auto top-up off and email you.

Credits are digital content delivered immediately. When you buy, you expressly ask us to begin performance at once and acknowledge that you therefore lose any statutory right of withdrawal — such as the 14-day right under EU and UK consumer law — for credits once they have been delivered to your balance.

This does not affect your rights when the service doesn't work as it should. Our Refund Policy sets out our money-back guarantee for calls that fail, and any rights you have under mandatory local law remain unaffected.

You agree to use QuikRing only for lawful purposes and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy, including rules against spam, robocalling, harassment, and fraud.

Rented numbers are billed monthly from your credit balance and may be suspended or released if your balance is insufficient to cover renewal. Some countries require additional identity or address verification before a number can be activated, per local telecom regulations. Call forwarding you configure is your responsibility — we're not liable for calls forwarded to a number you no longer control.

QuikRing is operated from the United States and is subject to US export control and economic sanctions law. You may not use the service if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or acting on behalf of anyone in a comprehensively embargoed territory (currently Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine), and you may not place calls or send messages to those destinations — we block them, and they are not offered on our rates page.

You also confirm you are not a person listed on any US, UK, EU or UN restricted-party list, and that you will not use QuikRing for any purpose prohibited by those laws. We may suspend or close an account without notice to comply with them.

Referral credits are granted per our published terms and only once a referred user completes a real purchase. We may withhold or reverse referral credits obtained through fraud, fake accounts, or abuse of the program.

Promo codes are limited to one redemption per account, may have an expiration date or maximum number of redemptions, and can be disabled at our discretion. We may void bonus credit obtained through a promo code used in violation of these terms.

You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law, with or without notice depending on severity.

We may also close an account that has been dormant for an extended period. We will email you before doing so, at the address on the account, and give you a reasonable opportunity to use or ask us about any remaining balance first.

QuikRing is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, since call quality depends on your network and third-party carriers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuikRing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

These terms and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of QuikRing are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use QuikRing after a change means you accept the updated terms.
