Acceptable Use Policy

Version 1.0 β€” Last updated: July 16, 2026

Purpose

QuikRing exists so people can make legitimate personal and business calls at fair rates. This policy protects that purpose, our carriers, and everyone else on the network.

Prohibited activities

You may not use QuikRing, including any rented virtual number, to:

  • Send robocalls, auto-dialed campaigns, or bulk/unsolicited SMS without the recipient's consent
  • Spoof caller ID or impersonate another person or organization to deceive recipients
  • Harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse another person
  • Commit or facilitate fraud, phishing, or any other illegal activity
  • Resell access to your account or numbers without our written permission
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, billing, or security controls
  • Use a rented number as a routing point for illegal robocall or spoofing operations

Because calls and messages are ultimately carried by Twilio, you must also comply with Twilio's Acceptable Use Policy and Messaging Policy.

Enforcement

Violations may result in warning, suspension, or termination of your account, forfeiture of credits obtained through abuse, and β€” if required by law β€” a report to the relevant authorities. We may act without prior notice for severe or repeated violations.

Reporting abuse

If you receive an unwanted call or message from a QuikRing number, or believe an account is being misused, email abuse@quikring.com.
