Which emails do you send, and how do I stop them?

Occasional tips and offers only go out if you ticked “Send me occasional tips and offers about calling abroad” in Settings. It's off unless you turned it on.

You can untick it in Settings at any time, or use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any such email — that link works without logging in and stops those emails straight away.

Some emails aren't marketing and keep coming regardless: payment receipts, low-balance warnings, password and sign-in security notices, and anything about a call or a number you're paying for. Turning those off would mean not telling you about your own money.
