How does auto top-up work?

Auto top-up charges your saved card a set amount whenever your balance drops below a threshold you choose. There's no fixed billing date and no minimum term.

It needs a saved card: make a top-up and tick “save my payment details” at checkout. Then turn on auto top-up in Settings and choose the threshold and the amount.

If an automatic charge fails, auto top-up switches off and we email you.

You can turn it off in Settings at any time. No further automatic charges happen after that.
