How does auto top-up work?

Auto top-up charges your saved card a set amount whenever your balance drops below a threshold you choose. There's no fixed billing date and no minimum term.

The quickest way to turn it on is the auto top-up tick when you buy credit with a card: that tick keeps the card for your top-ups. You can also turn it on later in Settings once a card is saved, and choose the threshold and the amount there.

If an automatic charge fails, auto top-up switches off and we email you.

You can turn it off in Settings at any time. No further automatic charges happen after that.
