How are calls charged?

Each destination has its own rate per minute, often different for mobile and landline numbers. The dialer shows the rate before you call.

Calls are charged per started minute: a call of up to 60 seconds costs one minute, 61 to 120 seconds costs two, and so on. There's no connection fee.

Before a call connects, we work out how many whole minutes your balance covers. The call ends on its own when that time is up, so you're never charged more than you have.

If you turn on call recording in Settings, recording adds a small charge per minute, shown next to the setting.
