Avoid Congstar roaming fees
GermanyCongstar runs on Deutsche Telekom's network, and non-EU roaming on that network typically costs several euros per minute — but Congstar's own current rate couldn't be independently verified here.
How Congstar charges for roaming
Congstar's own roaming page wasn't reachable when this entry was checked (2026-09-15); its published tariff sheet couldn't be located either. Confirm the current non-EU per-minute rate on congstar.de before you travel — Deutsche Telekom's network partners generally price this tier between €1 and €3 per minute.
