Avoid Aldi Talk roaming fees
GermanyAldi Talk's non-EU roaming rate is a flat €0.99 per minute in Ländergruppe 3-5 — cheaper than Germany's big three networks, but it still adds up on a long call, and no prepaid pass covers voice that far from home.
How Aldi Talk charges for roaming
Aldi Talk's Europe minute pass stops covering you the moment you leave Ländergruppe 1-2 — anywhere further out (Ländergruppe 3 to 5, including the US, Turkey and Mexico) is billed at a flat €0.99/min with no bundle to soften it.
Daily pass: Europa 150 Min pass covers only Ländergruppe 1-2; no pass covers calls further afield

How to avoid the daily fee
Keep your phone on Wi-Fi instead of roaming data, and place the call through QuikRing in your browser rather than dialing out on the Aldi Talk SIM.
Standard out-of-plan rate: €0.99 per minute (Ländergruppe 3-5, most non-EU destinations)
First minute free to select destinations, with a verified email.
