How SoftBank charges for roaming
SoftBank publishes a full per-country rate table rather than one flat figure — ¥190/min to call Japan from South Korea, for example. Calls to and within the US are free under the bundled America Hodai feature on eligible plans, but that doesn't apply to other countries.
