Avoid Play roaming fees
PolandPlay charges 5.00 to 7.00 zł per minute for calls home from outside the EU, depending on zone. A 15-minute call from most non-EU countries costs 75-105 zł.
How Play charges for roaming
Play's published roaming rate for calls home ranges from 5.00 zł/min in Strefa 1 (which includes the US, Canada and Russia) to 7.00 zł/min in Strefa 2 (the rest of the world), billed per 30 seconds. A discounted "Tani roaming" add-on lowers this somewhat where available.
