No, Skype Numbers ended with Skype. You can rent a US or Canadian number in QuikRing that receives calls and text messages, and each team top-up of $100 or more includes one free for 90 days.
Does everyone need to install something?
No. Calls run in Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari, on a computer or a phone.
What does a call cost?
Each country's per-minute price is on the rates page, and busy, unanswered or failed calls cost nothing.
Is there a contract or a per-seat fee?
No. You pay only for minutes from one prepaid balance, and automatic top-up stays off unless you turn it on.
