Avoid Free Mobile roaming fees
FranceFree Mobile's cheapest plan won't even let you call outside Europe without pre-activating a paid travel option, and the actual per-minute price depends on the destination you look up on Free's own site.
How Free Mobile charges for roaming
Free Mobile's Forfait 2€ requires activating a paid Option Voyage before you leave just to be able to call outside Europe and the DOM at all — the per-minute rate itself is looked up per destination on Free's own site rather than published as one flat figure.
