Calling on KLM Royal Dutch Airlines flights
KLKLM equips Boeing 777, 787, and modern Airbus aircraft with satellite Wi-Fi. KLM's own Wi-Fi terms do not allow the Wi-Fi to be used for calls, including voice over IP, so make urgent travel calls with QuikRing before you board or after you land.

Frequently asked questions
Can I reach Dutch customer service lines from a KLM flight?
Not from the plane: KLM's own Wi-Fi terms do not allow calls over its Wi-Fi, including voice over IP. Before you board or after you land, QuikRing calls regular Dutch numbers such as 020 and mobile lines without roaming fees. Dutch 0800 numbers generally can't be reached from outside the Netherlands by any calling service, so use the airline's regular number instead.
