Frequently asked questions
How does billing work?+
Credits are added to your organization's shared balance. When any team member makes a call, the cost is deducted from that shared balance.
Is there a limit on team members?+
No — invite as many teammates as you need by email, at no extra cost. You only pay for the minutes used.
Can I control who manages the organization?+
Yes. The owner can promote members to admin, letting them manage members and invites, while only the owner can rename the organization or top up the balance.
What if I need a custom arrangement?+
Contact our sales team and we'll work out a plan that fits your needs.
Do you support GDPR and a Data Processing Agreement?+

Does QuikRing handle large teams well?+
The same way it handles small ones — invite as many members as you need, promote trusted people to admin, and use the organization's audit log and monthly budget alerts to stay in control as the team grows. We don't cap membership or degrade performance based on team size.
Will we have a dedicated point of contact?+
Yes. Once you reach out through our sales contact form, a member of our team follows up directly and stays your point of contact for account setup, billing questions, and custom arrangements.
Are you SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified?+
Not yet — we don't hold a SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification today. We do encrypt traffic in transit (TLS), hash passwords with bcrypt, and support a signed Data Processing Agreement for GDPR compliance. See our Security page for the full list, or contact sales for a vendor review.
Do you have a bug bounty program or run penetration tests?+

What sub-processors do you use?+
We use Twilio to connect and route calls and SMS, Paddle to process payments as our merchant of record, and Cloudflare for bot protection at signup. See the full list, with what each one does, on our Sub-processors page.
