Affiliate Program Terms

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You may not live in, or act for anyone in, a country we do not serve (Cuba, Iran, North Korea and Syria) or the Crimea, Donetsk or Luhansk regions of Ukraine, or appear on a US sanctions list. We do not pay partners in those places, or anyone else US sanctions law bars us from paying.
• QuikRing staff and contractors, and channels we run ourselves, cannot be partners.
• One partner account per person or business. Your account is personal and cannot be transferred.
• Tell us if your country or US tax status changes.
• We review every application by hand and may decline one without giving a reason.

You earn 30% of the price a referred customer pays for each personal credit purchase in the 12 months after they sign up, unless we have agreed a different rate with you in writing. The price is what the customer pays before tax; bonus credit, promotional credit and Team Calling top-ups earn nothing.

A customer is yours when they sign up after following your link. Your code is remembered for 90 days on the visitor's browser where they allow it. If a visitor followed more than one partner's link, the first one counts. If a customer arrives through both your link and a friend referral, only your commission applies. You earn nothing on your own purchases or those of accounts you control.

• A commission becomes payable 30 days after the purchase that earned it.
• We pay on the 15th of each month, once your payable balance reaches $20. Below that, it carries over.
• Payment is a bank transfer through Stripe, our payment provider. Stripe emails you a link to enter your bank details; we never see them. We pay Stripe's transfer fee; any currency conversion is at Stripe's rate.
• If you do not accept the link within 3 days, the payout returns to your balance and we try again the next month. After three unaccepted payouts we email you. A balance left unclaimed for 12 months after our last attempt expires.
• If Stripe cannot pay your country or cannot verify you, your balance stays in your account and we agree another way to pay you, where the law allows.
• You handle the taxes on what you earn. If you are a US person, we need a Form W-9 before your payouts in a calendar year reach $2,000; everyone else confirms when applying that they are not a US person.

• A purchase refunded in full loses its commission; a partial refund lowers it in the same proportion.
• If a customer you referred disputes a payment with their bank, we cancel all unpaid commission from that customer and may pause your account while we review it. A commission is not restored if the dispute is later decided in our favor.
• If a commission already paid to you belongs to a purchase that is later refunded or disputed, we may deduct it from your future commissions.
• We may withhold or cancel commission, and close your account, for fraud, self-referral, or a breach of these terms.

You must:

• Say clearly, next to your link, that you earn a commission. This is required by law in the US and the EU.
• Describe QuikRing accurately, using only facts and prices that our own website shows.
• Follow the laws that apply to your promotion, including advertising, privacy and anti-spam laws.

You must not:

• Bid on the QuikRing name, or misspellings of it, in paid search ads.
• Use QuikRing in a domain name, app name, or social media account name, or present yourself as QuikRing.
• List QuikRing on coupon or cashback sites, or pay or reward people to click or sign up.
• Send spam, including unsolicited email, text messages or direct messages.
• Say that calls are free without the conditions our website states, that QuikRing can reach emergency numbers (it cannot), or make claims about other services that are not true.

While you are a partner you may use the QuikRing name, logo and screenshots we provide, only to promote QuikRing under these terms. We may withdraw this permission at any time, and it ends when you leave the program.

We may change these terms, the commission rate or the program by emailing you at least 30 days before the change takes effect; commission already earned keeps the terms it was earned under. Either of us may end your participation at any time. If you leave the program, any balance not yet paid out is forfeited. If we end your participation for a reason other than fraud or a breach of these terms, or end the program, we pay the commission you have earned, whatever the amount, on the first payday after each commission has passed its 30-day hold.

You are an independent partner, not our employee, agent or representative, and you may not make promises on our behalf.

The program is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the commission paid or owed to you in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
