Overview
A sub-processor is a third party we rely on to deliver the QuikRing service, who may process personal data on our behalf as a result. This page lists every sub-processor we currently use. It doesn't include tools we use only for our own internal operations that never touch customer data.
Current sub-processors
| Name | Purpose | Data processed | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Twilio | Connects and routes calls and SMS | Phone numbers dialed, call/message metadata, and call audio when recording is enabled | United States |
| Stripe | Payment processing and fraud prevention infrastructure | Billing name/address and payment confirmation tokens (we never store card numbers) | United States |
| Cloudflare | Bot and abuse protection at signup (Turnstile) | Browser/device signals needed to verify you're human | United States |
| PostHog | Product analytics — which features get used (only with your cookie consent) | Page views, in-app events, and an account identifier for signed-in users | United States |
| Google (Analytics 4) | Marketing and SEO analytics — how visitors find the site (only with your cookie consent) | Page views, referring search terms and campaigns, approximate location, and an opaque account identifier for signed-in users | United States |
Changes to this list
We'll update this page before adding a new sub-processor that processes personal data on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data more broadly, or email [email protected] with questions.
